Welcome to Slably. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Slably mobile application (the "App") and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Slably ("Slably", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you create your account, and to keep that information up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly at the address at the bottom of these Terms if you believe your account has been compromised.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
Slably is a personal-use Pokémon trading-card collection app. The Service helps you scan, identify, organize, value, and track cards across multiple portfolios. The Service may evolve over time; we may add, change, or remove features without notice.
Prices displayed in the Service are sourced from third parties (TCGplayer, eBay sold-listing data, Cardmarket, and others). Prices are estimates only and may be delayed, inaccurate, or stale. Do not rely on Slably as the sole basis for any financial decision, sale, purchase, or insurance valuation.
Slably displays grading information from third-party graders (PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC) where available. We do not authenticate, grade, or guarantee the authenticity or grade of any card.
