This Privacy Policy explains how Slably ("Slably", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Slably mobile application (the "App").
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
When you create an account or sign in, we collect:
To provide the core Slably experience, we store the cards, sets, prices, conditions, grading details, purchase prices, notes, portfolios, and wishlists you save inside the App. This data is tied to your account and visible only to you.
When you scan a card, the App captures one or more images through your device's camera and uploads them to our scan service for identification. We use those images solely to run the on-server matching pipeline and return a result to your device. Scan images are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of upload and are never used to train machine-learning models, sold, or shared with third parties.
We collect minimal device information that the App platform exposes by default — operating system version, app version, device model, and a coarse device language. We do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA).
